THE POLICY OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to the art. 13 of the act of law 1 and act of law 2 of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016, we’d like to inform that:

1. The data controller of Your personal data is the owner of Verictum brand, the LCM Magdalena Leksowska-Czubryt company, based in 41-310 Dąbrowa Górnicza, Legionów Polskich st. 147 apt. 2, NIP: PL 625 108 66 63, email: verictum@verictum.pl .

2. The basis for processing of personal data:

(1) sales contract of products and services offered, based on the Art. 6 of the act of law. 1 (b) of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016
(2) marketing according to the company’s legal business - marketing of its products and services based on the Art. 6 of the act of law 1 (f) of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016
(3) our legally justified business, in order to establish, process or defend claims, the Art. 6
of the act of law 1 (f) of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016
(4) sending of commercial information via email – exclusively in agreement with the User. The legal basis for processing of the data is the consent, the Art. 6 of the act of law. 1 (b) of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016,

3. Your personal data will be stored within the period of time necessary for concluding of the contract, and after this period for the purpose and within the time according to the legal regulations, or for securing possible claims, or until the consent is withdrawn.

4. You have the right to demand access to collected personal data, the right to correct it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object its processing and the right to relocate the data.

5. You have the right to withdraw the consent for processing of personal data.

6. You have the right to make a claim with the regulatory body if You find that processing of Your personal data breaches the regulations of the general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016.

7. Providing the data by You is voluntary, however the refusal will make it impossible to conclude  any sales contract/provide services offered.

8. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

The data will be processed exclusively according to given consents (by marking respective checkboxes), therefore on the basis of the Art. 6 of the act of law. 1 (a) of general data protection regulation from the date of 27th April 2016.
The data will be processed only until the consent is withdrawn.  
Providing the data is voluntary, however it is necessary for processing of the application.
You have the right to demand access to collected personal data, the right to correct it, make a claim and withdraw the consent.
Modifying the data or withdrawing of the consent may be done by sending an e-mail with the information which consents are being withdrawn to the address: verictum@verictum.pl
